I would like you to create a fictitious medical/case report. You can choose any disease/condition .
Include 20 medical terms that you have learned from the chapters covered this semester. You must either underline, highlight, bold or italicize the medical terms you want to count. If you do not do this, the word will not count.
While your report will be fictitious, it MUST make sense!
Your report must contain at least one medical test/procedure that was performed on your patient. This test/procedure must be appropriate for your disease/condition. Additionally, you must include an image that represents the test/procedure in your report. This image should be an x-ray, CT image, MRI image, lab result, etc. I do not want an image that explains the test. This should look like a medical report.
Include basic vital signs and a history for your patient. Remember height and weight are considered important vital signs.
